Cycling royalty was on show in Leeds in December 2014 as the Yorkshire Bike Bank library was officially opened to the public.

GB Commonwealth Games cycling star Scott Thwaites was joined by five-time Tour de France winner Bernard Hinault and two-time champion Brian Robinson to get the wheels in motion on the new scheme, which aims to provide everyone with access to a bike.

Sportsbeat were on hand to help click the initiative into gear with a captivating and attractive video as well as interviews with the people that made it all happen.

We were commissioned by Yorkshire Bank to produce a short film capturing the event, which we syndicated to national and regional media, and cycling websites and titles.

Our multimedia journalists also distributed audio and visual content for TV and radio, which was featured by BBC Radio Leeds and ITV Calendar.
