Sportsbeat’s partnership with England Athletics on their Run Together project came out of our previous collaboration on the This Girl Can campaign, producing engaging promotional video content around the Vitality Westminster Mile.

Our brief was to produce a short, inspirational video telling the story of the Run Together brand ahead of it’s launch in winter 2016. Shot on location in Battersea Park with local runners, our vision was to show that running is accessible for everyone and celebrate the communal nature of the sport away from the elite level.

Working with a small group of runners, including two blade runners, we shot on Blackmagic URSA Mini 4K cameras to achieve a rich, cinematic image.

Our content was used by England Athletics to drive web traffic towards, where our footage forms the home page of the website. It was also used by England Athletics to support their PR and marketing of the scheme across their digital and social channels in the run up to the website launch.
