Sportsbeat have provided a video news and production service at Crufts every year since 2013, telling the story of the biggest dog show in the world, the dogs and their owners.
Building on our existing media partnership with organisers the Kennel Club, in 2016 our content appeared on more digital channels than ever before with footage syndicated to broadcasters both domestically and around the globe.
Powered primarily by Sportsbeat’s own subscriber media channels, content also reached a huge audience through content sharing arrangements with the Press Association and Reuters, as well as national newspaper titles including the Daily Telegraph and MailOnline.
The sophistication of our work continues to grow with every Crufts campaign, as we work closely with the Kennel Club media and host broadcaster Sunset+Vine to create content that helps drive both wider awareness of the event and their owned social media channels.
That includes servicing national and regional media with regular, relevant video and TV clips content throughout the campaign, as well as having a crew embedded with the Kennel Club media team at the NEC in Birmingham throughout the event itself.
In total, our content appeared more than 750 times across over 130 digital channels, generating an advertising equivalent of in excess of £250,000.
